1. Dealer Account Access
Approved dealers are assigned a dealer account and dealer ID after approval by aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC. Dealer pricing is available only when logged in with an approved dealer email address or company account.
- Dealer pricing is confidential.
- Dealer access may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time.
- Dealer status does not create an exclusive territory unless agreed in writing.
- Additional shop employees may be added to a dealer account by request and approval.
2. Dealer Pricing
Dealer cost is shown when logged in with an approved dealer account. MSRP may also appear on product pages for retail reference.
Dealer pricing is intended only for approved dealers and should not be shown to retail customers.

3. Ordering
Dealer orders may be placed through the online store using the approved dealer account. Larger or special orders may also be handled directly through aRacer SpeedTek.
- All dealer orders are prepaid unless other terms are approved in writing.
- Orders may be held until payment has been received and cleared.
- Dealer is responsible for confirming fitment, product selection, customer application, and shipping details before ordering.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and processed.
4. Payment
Dealer orders are prepaid unless alternative terms are approved in writing. For larger orders over $5,000, wire transfer or ACH payment may be requested.
Please only send wire or ACH payments after receiving an official invoice from aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC.

5. Drop Shipping
A drop-shipment order is an order where the dealer sells the product to the customer, but aRacer SpeedTek ships the product directly to the customer on the dealer’s behalf.
When placing an online order, enter the customer’s shipping information in the shipping address field and select the drop-shipment option when available.
For approved drop-shipment orders, the return address on the shipping label will normally be the dealer’s on-file business address unless otherwise specified.

6. Customer Compliance Form
For every applicable ECU, emissions-sensitive, competition-use, off-road, racing, testing, research, or development product sale, Dealer must have the customer complete the Customer Product Use & Compliance Acknowledgment at or before the time of sale.
This requirement also applies to drop-shipment orders.
Dealer must keep a completed copy of the acknowledgment on file for at least three (3) years from the date of sale.

7. Product Representation and Compliance
Dealers must represent aRacer products accurately and consistently with official product listings, documentation, support guidance, and the Dealer Agreement.
- Do not make unauthorized warranty promises.
- Do not make emissions legality claims unless specifically supported by official product information.
- Do not represent any product as CARB-approved, EPA-certified, or street legal unless specifically stated in the product listing.
- Do not modify, rebrand, relabel, or misrepresent aRacer products.
- Do not provide unauthorized calibration files, software access, or protected technical information.
8. Technical Support and Customer Contact
Although aRacer SpeedTek provides dealer support, the dealer remains the customer’s primary contact window for sales and first-line technical support.
This includes confirming fitment, reviewing the customer’s vehicle application, gathering installation details, collecting photos or logs when needed, and helping the customer understand basic setup and next steps.
aRacer SpeedTek may provide technical support to the dealer, including product information, installation guidance, calibration direction, troubleshooting assistance, and platform-specific support where available.
This dealer-first support model helps protect the dealer’s customer relationship, creates more opportunities for installation, tuning, service, upgrades, and future sales, and allows aRacer SpeedTek to support the dealer network more effectively.
9. Warranty, Returns, and RMA
Warranty, return, or replacement requests must be approved by aRacer SpeedTek / aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC before any promise is made to the customer.
- Dealer may not promise warranty approval without authorization.
- Dealer may not issue replacements on behalf of aRacer SpeedTek without approval.
- Dealer may not approve returns without following the applicable RMA process.
- Returned products must be handled according to instructions from aRacer SpeedTek / aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC.
10. Dealer Agreement
The complete Dealer Agreement should be reviewed separately and controls over this reference page if there is any conflict.
Dealer status, pricing access, account privileges, and product access are subject to the Dealer Agreement and approval by aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC.
