Shipping Policy

aRacer SpeedTek ships products throughout the United States and to select international destinations. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may vary due to inventory availability, holidays, product demand, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Methods

We utilize major shipping carriers and logistics providers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other qualified carriers as appropriate.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.


Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership of products and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the shipment is accepted by the carrier and enters the carrier's possession.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, the shipment becomes the property of the customer. aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC and aRacer SpeedTek are not responsible for carrier delays, routing errors, weather disruptions, customs delays, theft, loss, damage, or delivery issues that occur after carrier acceptance.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier claims and shipment investigations; however, final claim determinations remain subject to carrier policies and procedures.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, additional charges, reshipment costs, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, forwarding requests, or address changes requested after shipment.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will typically be provided once an order has been shipped. Carrier tracking systems may require time to update after label creation.


Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should photograph the package, packaging materials, shipping label, and product immediately and contact us at info@aracerrd.com.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect carrier claim eligibility.


Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates a shipment has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, property managers, mail rooms, and delivery locations.

We may assist with shipment investigations where appropriate; however, carrier delivery records may be considered proof of delivery.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, government charges, VAT, GST, and other fees imposed by their country or jurisdiction.

International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing and local regulations.

We are not responsible for products delayed, seized, refused, restricted, or prohibited by customs, government agencies, or local regulations.


Competition Use Products

Customers are responsible for determining whether products may be legally imported, possessed, installed, or used in their jurisdiction.

Some products may be intended for competition or off-road use only where applicable.
