Dealer Handbook

Welcome to the aRacer SpeedTek dealer program. This page is a working reference for approved dealers of aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC.

This handbook summarizes dealer account setup, ordering, payment, drop shipping, compliance requirements, warranty handling, and general dealer expectations. The complete Dealer Agreement should be reviewed separately and controls over this summary if there is any conflict.


1. Dealer Account Access

Approved dealers are assigned a dealer ID and dealer account access after approval by aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC.

Dealer pricing is available only when logged in with an approved dealer email address or assigned company account.

  • Dealer pricing is for approved dealer use only.
  • Dealer access may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time.
  • Dealer status does not create an exclusive territory or guaranteed product allocation unless agreed in writing.
  • Additional shop employees may be added by request after approval.

2. Dealer ID

Each approved dealer will be assigned a dealer ID for account tracking, order reference, communication, and internal records.

Please include your dealer ID when requesting quotes, placing orders by email, requesting technical support, or sending payment references.

3. Dealer Pricing

Dealer pricing is shown when logged in with an approved dealer account. MSRP may also be displayed on product pages for retail reference.

  • Dealer pricing is confidential and should not be shown to retail customers.
  • MSRP and MAP policies must be followed where applicable.
  • Dealer pricing may change without notice.
  • Special pricing, promotions, or demo units must be approved in writing.

4. Ordering

Orders may be placed through the online store when logged in with an approved dealer account, or by contacting aRacer SpeedTek directly for larger or special orders.

  • All dealer orders are prepaid unless other payment terms are approved in writing.
  • Orders may be held until payment has been received and cleared.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and processed.
  • Dealer is responsible for confirming fitment, product selection, and customer application before ordering.

5. Payment Terms

Dealer orders are prepaid unless alternative terms are approved in writing by aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC.

For larger orders over $5,000, payment by wire transfer or ACH may be requested.

Please only send wire or ACH payments after receiving an official invoice from aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC.

6. Drop Shipping

Drop-shipment orders may be placed at no extra charge when approved and available.

  • Dealer pricing will not be shown to the retail customer.
  • Dealer invoices will be sent directly to the dealer.
  • Dealer may provide documents to include with the shipment when needed.
  • Dealer is responsible for providing the correct customer shipping address and contact information.
  • aRacer SpeedTek may decline or delay drop shipments if order details are incomplete or unclear.

7. Shipping

Domestic shipping may be free on qualifying orders over the current published threshold. Shipping policies, carrier availability, and freight charges may change based on order size, destination, product availability, and shipping method.

Risk of loss and delivery responsibility follow the terms stated in the Dealer Agreement and applicable invoice.

8. Product Representation

Dealers must represent aRacer products accurately and consistently with official product listings, documentation, support guidance, and the Dealer Agreement.

  • Do not make unauthorized warranty promises.
  • Do not make emissions legality claims unless specifically supported by official product information.
  • Do not represent any product as CARB-approved, EPA-certified, or street legal unless specifically stated in the product listing.
  • Do not modify, rebrand, relabel, or misrepresent aRacer products.
  • Do not provide unauthorized calibration files, software access, or protected technical information.

9. Competition Use / Emissions Compliance

Some products are intended for closed-course competition, off-road, testing, research, or development use only where applicable.

Products are not represented as CARB-approved, EPA-certified, or legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles operated on public highways unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Dealer is responsible for communicating applicable use restrictions to customers and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements.

10. Customer Acknowledgments

For every applicable emissions-sensitive, competition-use, off-road, racing, testing, research, or development product sale, Dealer must have the customer complete the Customer Product Use & Compliance Acknowledgment at or before the time of sale.

This requirement applies to ECU products, fuel or ignition controllers, programmable engine management systems, and any product that may affect, modify, replace, control, alter, or support engine management or emissions-related operation.

Dealer must keep a completed copy of the acknowledgment on file for at least three (3) years from the date of sale. Records may be kept in paper or digital format, provided they are complete, readable, and reasonably accessible if requested.

For drop-shipment orders, Dealer remains responsible for obtaining and keeping the customer acknowledgment before the order is submitted or fulfilled.

Dealers are responsible for obtaining all appropriate customer acknowledgments, disclosures, and use notices where applicable.

For emissions-sensitive products, customers should be informed that the product is not represented as legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles operated on public highways unless specifically stated in the product listing.

11. Warranty, Returns, and RMA

Warranty, return, or replacement requests must be approved by aRacer SpeedTek / aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC before any promise is made to the customer.

  • Do not promise warranty approval without authorization.
  • Do not issue replacements on behalf of aRacer without approval.
  • Do not return products without an approved RMA process.
  • Installation errors, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper wiring, and regulatory misuse may affect warranty eligibility.

12. Technical Support

Dealers are expected to provide reasonable first-line support to their own customers, including basic fitment confirmation, installation review, and application information.

aRacer SpeedTek may provide technical support, documentation, calibration guidance, and platform-specific assistance where available.

When requesting support, please include:

  • Dealer ID
  • Customer vehicle year, make, and model
  • Product SKU and serial number if available
  • Photos of installation and wiring where relevant
  • Current modifications
  • Error codes, symptoms, logs, or screenshots when available

13. Software, Calibration, and Data

Software, calibration files, data logs, maps, and technical information may be proprietary or confidential.

  • Do not redistribute protected files without authorization.
  • Do not claim factory approval for custom calibrations unless approved in writing.
  • Do not remove branding, ownership marks, or file protections.
  • Do not share customer data or logs without appropriate permission.

14. Marketing and Branding

Dealers may use approved aRacer product names, images, logos, and descriptions for the purpose of promoting genuine aRacer products.

  • Use current official product names and descriptions.
  • Do not imply exclusive status unless approved in writing.
  • Do not use misleading claims, unsupported dyno results, or unauthorized emissions legality statements.
  • aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC may request removal or correction of branding, listings, or marketing materials at any time.

15. Dealer Conduct

Dealers are expected to conduct business professionally, represent the brand responsibly, and protect customer trust.

  • Communicate clearly with customers.
  • Maintain accurate product listings.
  • Protect confidential dealer pricing.
  • Respond to support and warranty questions responsibly.
  • Avoid making claims outside official product information.

16. Dealer Agreement

The complete Dealer Agreement will be posted here or provided separately to approved dealers.

This handbook is a summary and working reference. The signed Dealer Agreement controls over this handbook if there is any difference between the two.
