ECUs, wiring harnesses, sensors, modules, wideband equipment, and other electronic products that have been installed, powered, modified, damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for return except where required by law or approved by us as part of a verified warranty or defect claim.
Section 7 - Product Information, Support, and Warranty Handling
We aim to provide accurate product information, reasonable technical assistance, and practical support. Technical information, recommendations, fitment guidance, calibration discussion, and support communications are provided for general assistance and depend on the accuracy of the information supplied by the customer.
Product performance and compatibility may be affected by vehicle condition, modifications, wiring, installation quality, fuel quality, calibration, environmental conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Product warranty handling, if applicable, may depend on inspection, manufacturer policy, product condition, installation history, and the nature of the claimed issue. Products damaged by improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, water intrusion, crash damage, unauthorized modification, or operation outside intended use may not qualify for warranty service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Section 8 - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC, aRacer SpeedTek, our owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, replacement costs, vehicle downtime, racing losses, or similar damages arising from your use of the website, services, or products purchased through the website.

Customers are responsible for safe and correct installation, correct wiring, proper vehicle setup, appropriate calibration, safe operation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We recommend that performance electronics and engine management products be installed, configured, and tested by qualified technicians, tuners, or racing professionals familiar with the vehicle and application.
Motorsports and performance use involve risk. Customers assume responsibility for vehicle operation, testing, tuning, installation, compliance, and use.

The website, including text, images, graphics, video, audio, logos, product information, product images, layout, design, and other content, is owned by or licensed to aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC, aRacer SpeedTek, affiliates, suppliers, or licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
