Dealer Shipping Information

This page explains how approved aRacer SpeedTek dealers can place drop-shipment orders and how dealer shipping, invoices, customer documents, and return address handling work.

This page is intended for approved dealers of aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC. Dealer pricing and dealer order details are confidential and should not be shared with retail customers.

1. What Is a Drop-Shipment Order?

A drop-shipment order is an order where the dealer sells the product to the customer, but aRacer SpeedTek ships the product directly to the customer on the dealer’s behalf.

This allows the dealer to sell aRacer products without needing to physically stock every item.

2. How to Place a Drop-Shipment Order

To place a drop-shipment order, the dealer should contact aRacer SpeedTek or place the order through the approved dealer account and clearly identify the order as a drop shipment.

Please provide the following information:

  • Dealer name
  • Dealer ID
  • Dealer contact email
  • Customer name
  • Customer shipping address
  • Customer phone number, if available
  • Product name and SKU
  • Quantity
  • Requested shipping method, if applicable
  • Any documents the dealer wants included with the shipment

3. Customer Compliance Form Requirement

For applicable ECU, emissions-sensitive, competition-use, off-road, racing, testing, research, or development products, the dealer must have the customer complete the Customer Product Use & Compliance Acknowledgment at or before the time of sale.

This requirement also applies to drop-shipment orders. The dealer remains responsible for collecting and keeping the completed form before the order is submitted or fulfilled.

Dealers must keep the completed acknowledgment on file for at least three (3) years from the date of sale.

4. Dealer Invoice and Customer Pricing Privacy

Dealer pricing is confidential.

For drop-shipment orders, aRacer SpeedTek will invoice the dealer directly. Dealer cost will not be included in the shipment to the customer.

If any invoice, packing slip, receipt, installation note, business card, flyer, or other document should be included with the shipment, the dealer must provide those documents before shipment.

5. Return Address on Shipping Label

For approved drop-shipment orders, the shipping label may show the dealer as the return address whenever practical.

This helps preserve the dealer’s customer relationship and makes the shipment appear as being fulfilled on behalf of the selling dealer.

Dealer must provide the correct return address to be used on the shipping label.

Suggested dealer return address format:

[Dealer Business Name]
[Dealer Street Address]
[City, State ZIP]
[Dealer Phone or Email]

If no dealer return address is provided, aRacer SpeedTek may use its own return address.  PO BOX addresses are not allowed.

6. Shipping Charges

Drop-shipment orders may be placed at no extra drop-ship handling charge when approved and available.

Domestic shipping may be free on qualifying orders over the current published threshold. Oversized shipments, expedited shipping, international shipping, special handling, insurance, or carrier-specific requests may result in additional charges.

Shipping policies and charges may change based on order size, destination, product availability, carrier service, and shipping method.

7. Order Processing

Orders may be held until payment has been received, cleared, and matched to the correct invoice.

Dealer is responsible for confirming product fitment, customer application, shipping address, customer name, and order details before the order is submitted.

aRacer SpeedTek may delay shipment if order details are incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent.

8. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided to the dealer when available.

The dealer is responsible for communicating tracking information, delivery expectations, and customer-facing order updates to the customer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Returns, Warranty, and RMA

Drop-shipment orders follow the same return, warranty, and RMA process as other dealer sales.

  • Dealer may not promise warranty approval without authorization.
  • Dealer may not issue replacements on behalf of aRacer SpeedTek without approval.
  • Dealer may not approve returns without following the applicable RMA process.
  • Returned products must be handled according to instructions from aRacer SpeedTek / aRacer ECU R&D of America LLC.

10. Important Dealer Responsibility

For drop-shipment orders, the dealer remains the selling party to the retail customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dealer is responsible for customer communication, customer disclosures, collecting required compliance acknowledgments, confirming application details, and maintaining required records.

Dealer also remains the customer’s primary contact window for sales and first-line technical support. This includes confirming fitment, reviewing the customer’s vehicle application, gathering installation details, collecting photos or logs when needed, and helping the customer understand basic setup and next steps.

aRacer SpeedTek may provide technical support to the dealer, including product information, installation guidance, calibration direction, troubleshooting assistance, and platform-specific support where available. However, the dealer should remain involved in the customer support process and should not simply redirect the customer away from the dealer relationship.

This dealer-first support model helps protect the dealer’s customer relationship, creates more opportunities for installation, tuning, service, upgrades, and future sales, and allows aRacer SpeedTek to support the dealer network more effectively.

When requesting technical support from aRacer SpeedTek, Dealer should provide complete information whenever possible, including the customer vehicle year, make, model, product SKU, serial number if available, installation photos, wiring photos, current modifications, symptoms, error codes, screenshots, and data logs where applicable.
