Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at info@aracerrd.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all included parts, accessories, manuals, cables, harnesses, and packaging materials
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns are subject to inspection before approval. Approved returns will be provided with return instructions and the correct return shipping address.


Installed or Used Electronics

ECUs, wiring harnesses, sensors, modules, wideband equipment, and other electronic products that have been installed, powered, modified, damaged, altered, or used are not eligible for return unless approved by us as part of a verified warranty or defect claim.

Please contact us before installation if you are unsure about product fitment or application.


Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include photos of the packaging, product, shipping label, and any visible damage when contacting us about a damaged shipment.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed, used, powered, altered, or modified electronic products
  • Special order items
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, incorrect wiring, or unauthorized modification

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. If the item is unused, uninstalled, and return-eligible, we may approve a return so you can place a new order for the correct item.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item, or a verified product defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and properly insuring returned products. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at info@aracerrd.com.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, complete, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Australian Consumer Law

If your order is shipped to Australia, nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy if a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees. These rights apply in addition to any store return policy or manufacturer warranty.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or customer installation error, except where required by applicable law.
